In September the Friends of Fletcher Moss Park and Parsonage Gardens celebrated their twentieth anniversary!
In 2006 volunteers were already working at Fletcher Moss Park, but that year the Friends group was formally constituted and volunteers started to help maintain the Parsonage Gardens, which were very neglected.
This month a small celebration was held at the Parsonage Gardens with cake and prosecco, and Heather Stemp, one of the founder members and who still leads the Parsonage volunteers, was presented with flowers.
